 Provides strategic advice and services to the broad energy industry with regard to: - industry career pathway design, development and implementation,
- action research into emerging industry skills needs and design of workforce development planning,
- brokering training linkages between companies, RTOs, government bodies in consultation with ISCs,
- assistance with programs for mature age workers to gain recognition of current competency,
- assist with the design and delivery of industry awareness and education programs for a diverse range of age and ability levels, and
- specialised initiatives that provide increased and sustainable employment opportunities for those groups currently under represented in the energy industry, including Indigenous Australians and females
